Federico Moncada
Graduated with honors in Law at the University ‘Luigi Bocconi’ of Milan, he is a trainee lawyer at the Milan Bar.
He joined the Firm in February 2023 after previous experience in an International Law Firm specialized in commercial law. He supports the Law Firm Professionals in judicial and non-judicial activities in White Collar Crimes.
His practice focuses on tax fraud, corporate fraud and crimes related to corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
