Elena Prasedi
She graduated in law, summa cum laude, from Bocconi University, and is a trainee lawyer at the Milan Bar.
During her university career, she developed a deep interest and passion in Criminal Law, both substantive and procedural, resulting in the discussion of an experimental thesis on the assessment of “reasonable expectation of conviction” in the preliminary phases of criminal proceedings.
She joined the Firm in September 2024, after an experience in an International Law Firm. She supports the Law Firm Professionals in judicial and non-judicial activities, in White Collar Crime.
