Alessandro Ruffini
Graduated with full marks from the University of Trento, he is a lawyer of the Milan Bar.
He joins the firm after developing his skills at leading law firms in the fields of Economic and Corporate Criminal Law.
In 2022 he obtained a Master’s degree in ‘Model 231: Discipline, Cases and Supervisory Bodies”, organized by the Sole 24 Ore Business School.
Over the years, he developed specific experience in corporate crimes, tax crimes, and bankruptcy offenses, as well as in administrative liability of entities for criminal offences, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, assisting natural and legal persons in national trials.
