Giulia Raona and Elena Prasedi's lecture for the “Lex Fellowship” program on criminal investigations and defense strategies

On June 17th, we had the pleasure of taking part in The Lex Fellowship program, leading a session dedicated to criminal law.

The session, titled "EXTRADITION – PROCEDURAL ISSUES AND DEFENSE STRATEGIES", was delivered by Giulia Raona and Elena Prasedi.

Starting from a real extradition case, our lawyers guided the students through the key legal issues at stake and the strategies available to defense counsel in such proceedings, combining the case analysis with an interactive format that kept students actively engaged throughout the workshop. 

It was, once again, a highly enriching and educational experience for students and professionals alike and one we look forward to repeating.
