Annalisa Regi
Graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”. Admitted to the Milan Bar. Became Of Counsel of the Law Firm in 2022.
She has gained a ten-years experience in the area of Economic and Corporate Criminal Law. She has participated in relevant criminal proceedings in this field, acting as lawyer of Italian and multinational companies, as well as individuals.
She provides both judicial and non-judicial legal assistance with focus on corporate criminal law, criminal financial and banking law, criminal bankruptcy law, criminal tax law, environmental criminal law, occupational health and safety crimes, cybercrimes, defamation and privacy.
She has gained significant experience in the field of administrative corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with reference to which she provides ongoing assistance to national and international companies, drafting and implementing Organizational, Management and Control Models, as well as participating, as member, to Supervisory Boards.
Over the years, she has attended a postgraduate course in Criminal Law “Giorgio Marinucci” and a postgraduated Master in Criminal Bankruptcy Law.
She collaborates with the University “Luigi Bocconi” Criminal Law Chair and in the Bocconi Alumni Community she is a member of the Chapter of Rimini.
Selected among the best Italian criminal lawyers in 2021 and 2022 in the ranking drawn up by “Milano Finanza and Class Editori”, she is often invited as a speaker in conventions on criminal matters and she is author of numerous publications.
