Puccio Penalisti Associati announces the promotion of Giulia Cagnazzo to Salary Partner.
Lawyer Cagnazzo, who has been working with Puccio Penalisti Associati since 2018, is in charge of the Firm’s “Compliance & 231” Department and provides ongoing assistance in favour of domestic and foreign companies, also serving as a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of numerous entities, including listed ones.
In addition to this activity, he also provides legal assistance, particularly in the areas of health and safety in the workplace, offences against the Public Administration and medical liability.
