On RGAonline, an interesting commentary by Andrea Puccio and Francesca Tomasello on the judgment of the Criminal Supreme Court, Section III, December 14, 2022 (published on 30/03/2023), No. 13310, which revisited the legal qualification to be attributed to the conduct of using a vehicle other than the one communicated for registration with the Environmental Managers Registry, as well as the scope of controls and consequent responsibilities pertaining to the consignor of the waste in such cases.
