The book “The Metaverse, Legal and Application Models,” edited by our Founding Partner Andrea Puccio, by Matteo Piccinali and Stefania Vasta, and published by Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre, has been recently published.
In the light of the increasing popularity of the Metaverse, the book examines its main legal implications, analyzing the regulatory developments best suited to accommodate the ongoing technological evolution.
In particular, Andrea Puccio has analyzed in detail the penal aspects of the Metaverse.
