The Firm provides both judicial and out-of-court assistance, in the field of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, in European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) proceedings and cross-border internal investigations, supporting national and international clients.
The Firm, also due to its international vocation, boasts a consolidated expertise both in cases of passive extradition from abroad, which are defended in the Courts of Appeal and in possible Supreme Court judgments, and in extradition requests by the Italian State, coordinating the defence teams in judicial activities to oppose measures restricting personal freedom.
