Noemi Verratti
Graduated cum laude at the University of Macerata, she has been admitted to the Milan Bar.
During her legal training, carried out within the Firm, she has gained experience in corporate criminal law with a focus in the field of administrative corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
She gives advice, mostly to national companies, drafting and implementing Organizational, Management and Control Models as well as participating, as member, to Supervisory Boards.
She also provides judicial and non-judicial legal assistance in the area of Economic and Corporate Criminal Law.
