Federico Moncada
Graduated in Law at University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”, with full marks, he’s a trainee lawyer of the Milan Bar.
He joined the Firm in February 2023 after an experience in an International Law Firm specialized in commercial law. He supports the Law Firm Professionals in judicial and non-judicial activities in the area of White Collar Crimes.
His practice focuses on tax frauds, corporate frauds and crimes related to the corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
