Last 15 March, lawyers Andrea Puccio, Giulia Bellini and Giulia Raona took part, as speakers, in the conference “The legal liability of directors and companies”, organised by ISFOR Formazione Continua – FONDAZIONE A.I.B, a training organisation promoted by Confindustria Brescia.
The meeting focused on the main criminal risks related to the exercise of business activities, as well as the liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
