In fact, Giulia Cagnazzo, head of the Compliance & 231 practice, Elisa Pigozzi, a court-appointed cashier and experienced litigator, and Francesca Tomasello, head of the Criminal Environmental practice, have been promoted to Senior Associate.
Also joining our team is Alessandro Randazzo, who, throughout his career, has provided judicial and extrajudicial assistance to Italian individuals and companies in relation to various areas of corporate criminal law, with a particular focus on tax and bankruptcy offenses, as well as corporate fraud and property crimes.
