In Giornale di Brescia, two articles related to the well-known court case “Dirty Waste,” which involved the General Rottami Company, assisted by Puccio Penalisti Associati.
The company had ended up at the center of an investigation by the Direzione Distrettuale Antimafia (anti-Mafia Directorate) and remanded for trial for the crimes of illegal waste trafficking, forgery and illegal waste management in violation of environmental permits issued by the competent authorities.
Eight years after the investigation began and three and a half years after the company’s preventive seizure order, the Court of Brescia acquitted the defendants.
