In the article, an interview with our Founding Partner Andrea Puccio, who assisted Just Eat in the criminal case originating from the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office investigation of four multinational food-delivery companies.
A court case with a happy ending for the companies, recalls Andrea Puccio, which ended with the filing of the case, in the face of a concrete commitment by the companies to invest in safety. This is also a demonstration of how crucial the collaborative approach between the Judicial Authority and companies is in the development of balanced and preventive solutions, as well as in the cultural change underlying this new economy.
