On today’s Il Sole 24 Ore, June 24th, 2022, the article by our Founding Partner Andrea Puccio and Associate Giulia Cagnazzo, on the latest order in the 231 area, in which the Court of Bari declared admissible the placement on probation of an entity that had been prosecuted for administrative offence under Article 25-septies of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The order is noteworthy as it significantly departs from previous case law regarding restorative behavior and re-educational purpose for the entity.
