Valeria Acca
Graduated in Law at the State University of Milan, with absolute full marks. Admitted to the Bar of Milan.
After many years of experience in a primary Law Firm specialized in white collar crimes matters and international criminal law, she joined the Law Firm in 2021.
Over the years, she gained considerable experience in representing italian and foreing clients, both in contentious cases and advise. In particular, her practice focuses on bribery and corruption, bankruptcy, tax fraud, financial crimes and corporate criminal liability matters. Furthermore, she gained considerable experience in mutual legal assistance in criminal matters (i.e. extradition and rogatories), thanks to the daily cooperation with well-known International Law Firms.
She has been a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) since 2009.
