Giulia Cagnazzo
Graduated in Law at the University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”. Admitted to the Milan Bar.
She joined the Firm in 2018, after a five-year experience in an Italian primary Law Firm in the area of Corporate Criminal Law, with a focus in the field of administrative corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with reference to which she gained important experience both in judicial and non-judicial fields.
Coordinating 231 Team, she gives ongoing advice to national and international companies, drafting and implementing Organizational, Management and Control Models as well as participating, as member, to Supervisory Boards.
She also provides judicial and non-judicial legal assistance in the area of Economic and Corporate Criminal Law, with focus on health and safety, medical malpractice and crimes against the public administration.
