Francesca del Corral
Graduated in Law at the “Sacro Cuore” Catholic University of Milan, she has been admitted to the Milan Bar.
She joined the Law Firm in 2021, after five years’ experience in two primary legal boutiques specialized in White-Collar Crime matters.
In 2017, she obtained a diploma in “White-Collar Crime matters” (Advanced Master) at “Sacro Cuore” Catholic University of Milan.
In 2019, she attended the advance course “Anti-Corruption and Transparency” at “Sacro Cuore” Catholic University of Milan, course organized in collaboration with the Italian Anti-Corruption Authority.
Over the years, she gained considerable experience advising entities on corporate criminal responsibility (according to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001), drafting compliance programs and advising Supervisory Boards.
She gained considerable experience in representing clients in contentious cases and advise them as well, in relation to White-Collar Crime matters.
