Elisa Pigozzi
Graduated in Law at the University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”.
Admitted to the Milan Bar and authorized to practice before the Higher Courts.
She joined the Firm in 2019, after having gained a significant experience in the field of white-collar crimes, due to her expertise in defending Italian and international clients in this area.
She provides in-court assistance and defence in criminal proceedings, with reference to all corporate criminal law aspects, and, in particular environmental crimes, workplace health and safety crimes, bankruptcy and insolvency crimes, as well as crimes against property and corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
